We investigate the motion of massive charged and spinning test particles around a dyonic black hole surrounded by perfect fluid scalar dark matter field. obtain equations find expressions for four-velocity case particle four-momentum components particle. The trajectories various values electric ${Q}_{e}$ magnetic ${Q}_{m}$ charges are investigated under influence field $\ensuremath{\lambda}$. study in detail properties innermost stable circular orbits (ISCOs) equatorial plane. show that, addition to particle's spin, parameter $\ensuremath{\lambda}$ (${Q}_{m}$ ${Q}_{e}$) have significant on ISCOs particles. that if spin is parallel total angular momentum $J$ (i.e., $\mathcal{S}>0$), ISCO parameters ${r}_{\mathrm{ISCO}},{L}_{\mathrm{ISCO}}$, ${E}_{\mathrm{ISCO}}$) smaller than those nonspinning particle, whereas antiparallel $\mathcal{S}<0$), value greater also corresponding S, behavior Keplerian frequency $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Omega}}$ at opposite ${E}_{\mathrm{ISCO}}$. As an astrophysical application, may play role as can be used set inner edge accretion disk well initial condition binary mergers.
